Black Veils “The Vampire Lexicon”
Black Veils “The Vampire Lexicon” is dedicated to furthering and defining “Vampire Culture.” Written to inspire and challenge the reader through a lexicon of words of power from the vampire mythos. Each Veil promotes personal evolution and embraces the Vampire Spirit with some examples including Dragon, Immortality, Primal, Romance, Mystery, Transhumanism, Music, Culture, Glamour, Elegance, Courtesy, Chivalry, Magick, and Sensuality.
Each Veil is beautifully presented by French conceptual artist William Vocant and enticingly written forward by author Rosemary Ellen Guiley(Vampires Among Us). What makes this book unique and a must-read is the fact it was written from over two decades of close interaction of Father Sebastiaan and his fang clients. Originally the Black Veils were the original “code of conduct” of the New York City Vampire Club Long Black Veil (1997-2000), they have evolved into the greatest influence on Vampire Culture.
